Refund Policy

Information regarding refunds for donations, Sevas, and products.

At SRI SHADAKSHARI SHIVAYOGI SIDDHARAMESHWARA ANUBHAVA ASHRAM NAVAKALYANA MATH, we strive to ensure transparency and fairness in all our transactions. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Donations

Donations made to the Math are for charitable and religious purposes and are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • If a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate transaction or incorrect amount) and reported to us within 48 hours.
  • If there was a technical error during the payment process.

To request a refund for a donation, please contact us with proof of payment and the reason for the request.

2. Seva Bookings

Refunds for Seva bookings are handled as follows:

  • Cancellation by Math: If the Math cancels a Seva due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to the devotee.
  • Cancellation by Devotee: If you cancel a Seva booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to a nominal processing fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the Seva are typically non-refundable.

3. Product Purchases (E-commerce)

If you have purchased religious items or products from our online store:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will replace it at no extra cost or issue a refund.
  • Change of Mind: We generally do not offer refunds for "change of mind" returns. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

4. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original method of payment. Please note that banks may take additional time to reflect the transaction in your account.
