can cancel your Seva bookings or product orders with SRI SHADAKSHARI SHIVAYOGI
SIDDHARAMESHWARA ANUBHAVA ASHRAM NAVAKALYANA MATH.
1. Seva Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a booked Seva, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the
scheduled Seva time to be eligible for a refund (subject to our Refund Policy).
- Late Cancellations: Requests received less than 48 hours before the
scheduled Seva will generally not be eligible for a refund, as preparations for the Seva may
have already commenced.
- Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule a Seva up to 24 hours in
advance, subject to availability.
2. Product Order Cancellations
For items purchased from our online store:
- Before Shipping: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been
shipped for a full refund. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
- After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You
will need to receive the item and then follow our Return/Refund Policy if applicable.
